Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Royal Plumb Fix 24/7Last updated: 02/01/20261. Emergency Call-Outs- Emergency call-outs are prioritised and often dispatched immediately.
- If an engineer has already been dispatched or has arrived at the property, the call-out may still be chargeable, even if work does not proceed.
- Once work has started, refunds are not available.
2. Scheduled Appointments- For non-emergency or scheduled work, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling are made with reasonable notice.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a call-out or cancellation fee.
3. Deposits (If Applicable)- Any deposits paid are deducted from the final invoice.
- Deposits are non-refundable if work is cancelled at short notice or if access is not provided.
- Deposits for work cancelled with reasonable notice may be transferred to a future booking.
4. Parts & Materials- Parts ordered specifically for a job are non-refundable once purchased.
- Special-order items cannot be refunded.
5. Unsuitable Conditions or No Access- If we attend and cannot proceed due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information provided, a call-out charge may apply.
6. Fault Resolution & Refunds- We do not offer refunds for completed work where the service has been delivered as agreed.
- If there is an issue related to our workmanship, please contact us so we can assess and rectify the issue under our 12-month workmanship guarantee, where applicable.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule- To cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or message.
